WOD 2nd August 2014 :

Overhead squats (scaled to 20kg),

5 pullups every interval (scaled to 10 ring rows + 10 pushups on knees).

Could've gone heavier on the squats but I guess probably was good to go with light(er) weights after such an extended time of MIAness.


After the previous three months of
- not working out
- sitting on my bum a lot (which has grown enormously sideways)
- indulgent carefree eating that is practically synonymous with travelling 

It feels amazing to be back and bangin'.
