i'm done with assignments! now, i can finally get round to blogging about the roadtrip leading up to PBIM

as many of you know, i travelled up north from wednesday til sunday last week with two friends, ben and szejiun. the main purpose was to run in Penang Bridge International Marathon which was on sunday morning.

we stopped by ipoh on wednesday, continued our journey up on friday, and returned on sunday. in ipoh, we met up with a few friends who took us around.

among the places we visited, was this very interesting and quaint cafe called 'Burps & Giggles'.

the front of the cafe.

interior of B&G.

a lane leading outdoors dubbed the 'Lazy Lane', teehee. so cute!

myself, emily, and justine.

pretty flower growing from the wall of the Lazy Lane.

i'm really glad i got to know you better. while not the same can be said for everyone i've ever travelled with you and i definitely got along well on this trip. looking forward to singapore with you next year!

alright, capping off here first. Pt.2 will be coming up soon! :)

oh, how i wish i was in here.

sunshine on my face, wind in my hair, lying amidst a vast field of thousand beautiful blooms.

* surfaces from the flood of assignments and gasps *

so a few of you have asked me for some advice about healthy living and also more details about my roadtrip leading up to PBIM. your messages really make me feel gratified and appreciative that people out there read my humble blog and have an interest in what i have to say (even if i do write for my own gratification heh heh)

although i have yet to reply properly, don't worry as i've read them and yes, i will get back to you.

as soon as i make it to the end of this week, that is.

this is my last semester, and as hectic as it gets. i want so badly to graduate good results, as i'm currently walking a very fine line between second upper class and my goal of first class. seriously, i have so much to do you guys wouldn't believe it. i've forgone sleep for 3 days in a row now ; working through the night and only briefly getting some shuteye about 6a.m., and then waking up and rushing to get to college.
