DAY IN THE LIFE #16 : FRIDAY, 3rd AUGUST 2012


EATS OF THE DAY

meal 1, 1100hrs
  • yogurt
  • coffee

meal 2, 1400hrs
  • four pieces of tofu
  • coffee

snack, 1530hrs
  • one slice of wholegrain bread + peanut butter

meal 3, 2100hrs
  • three pieces of tofu
  • oats + one small banana + raisins, cooked in lowfat milk
  • heaps of strawberries (my dad came back from cameron highlands this evening)
  • coffee


DEEDS OF THE DAY

seeing as i have nothing to do today, i vacuumed the house without being asked. my mum was suspicious "you're cleaning the house? how come? why are you doing this?" well mum, other times you say i should help out more, so you should just chill and be happy your daughter's doing as you wanted.

went to mpsj in the evening. today's weather was cool and cloudy, beautiful! 
workout :
- 2km walk to the track
- 8km run on the track
- 5 mins running up and down the stairs
- 5 mins skipping
- 5 mins ab workout (planks / crunches)
