DAY IN THE LIFE #13 : FRIDAY, 1st JUNE




EATS OF THE DAY

meal 1, 0800hrs
- rolled oats + one small banana + raisins, made with lowfat milk 
- coffee

meal 2, 1300hrs
- spinach
- cabbage

snack, 1600hrs
- rolled oats + one small banana + raisins, made with lowfat milk

meal 3, 2130hrs
- white tofu in soy sauce
- lettuce

meal 4, 2230hrs
- one slice of papaya
- watermelon
- two pieces of tofu
- handful of peanuts


DEEDS OF THE DAY

i come into the office at around 9.30am. everyone else comes in around 10am i guess? however i like coming in earlier because i have more time to settle down and plan what i have to do for that day.

talked to celebrities all day. fay, xandria, cay, amber, hannah, linora, jojo, how do you do? 

wrote some more advertorials, news scoops, and snippets for SHAPE. since i'm still new, i suppose giving me smaller writing tasks helps them to gauge my level of capability before they decide whether i'm able to take on more serious ones.

6.30pm, gymmed after work. one of the perks (among the many) of working at SHAPE, free gym passes! did 12.5km at the truefitness near my office.

got home at 10pm, worn out from a long day at work not to mention gym after that. i was so tired that i went straight to sleep without showering or even changing out of my workout clothes! disgusting much.
